Visibility: It is identified that reporting helps in increasing visibility of the project which will be helpful in providing proper insight on the project performance. Control: Reporting helps in controlling project and it helps the project managers to see the stagnation of project progress that helps in making the decisions properly (Verzuh 2015). Project success: Reporting helps in driving the success of the project. It helps in completing the project within the estimated time and budget by maintaining its quality thus making its successful.
